When are you charged?

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For pre-orders or custom items, we may charge a deposit or full amount depending on the product.

Your card is debited immediately when you complete the payment at checkout. For card payments, we use Paysera, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider.

Delivery countries

We deliver to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Currency

All prices and transactions are in EUR (€). Taxes may be included depending on your location.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Returns policy. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
