Returns & Refunds
Easy returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In resalable condition (no damage, odors, or alterations)
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. underwear, perishables). This will be noted on the product page.
How to return
- Log in to Account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Follow the instructions to print a prepaid return label (where available) or get return authorization
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
If you're not logged in, please Contact Us with your order number to initiate a return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround. For large or heavy items, Contact Us and we may arrange an exchange directly.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and may cover return shipping. Photos of the damage will help us process your claim quickly.
