Shipping Information

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location:

• Domestic — 3–7 business days
• International — 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — check the promotions on our homepage or at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can Track order anytime by entering your order number on our track page, or via the link in your confirmation email.

International orders

We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note:

• Delivery times may be longer for international orders
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the recipient
• Some regions may have restrictions on certain products

Missing or delayed packages
